Ltd. is proposing to issue U.S. Dollar-denominated fixed rate senior notes due 2022 (\"New Bond Offering\").\n \nJ.P.Morgan (S.E.A.) Limited and R.W Pressprich & Co. have been mandated as Joint Lead Managers with J.P.Morgan (S.E.A.) Limited being the Sole Bookrunner. Avation PLC is rated B+/Stable by S&P Global Ratings and B+/Stable by Fitch Ratings.
