(LSE: AVAP) 28 June 2012 AVATION PLC (the "Company") DIRECTOR'S HOLDING The Company advised that on 27 June 2012, Giant Mix Enterprises Limited, a company in which Andrew Charles Baudinette has a beneficial interest, has sold 20,000 shares in the Company on market at a price of 95 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Baudinette holds an interest in 670,001 shares in the Company, representing 0.158% of its voting rights.
