[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n 11 April 2011\n\n AVATION PLC\n\n (\"AVATION\" or \"THE COMPANY\")\n\n Director's Dealings in Shares and Total Voting Rights\n\nThe Company announces that Giant Mix Enterprises Limited, a company in which a director, Mr.\nAndrew Baudinette has a beneficial interest, has sold 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company on\nmarket at 117 pence per share. The sale was conducted on the 4th of April 2011.\n\nAs a result of an exercise of warrants, the Company has issued and allotted 75,000 fully paid new\nordinary shares on the 6th April 2011 to Giant Mix Enterprises Limited, a company in which\ndirector Mr. Andrew Baudinette has a beneficial interest. The exercise price per share was 35.5\npence. As a consequence, there are now a total of 38,607,220 ordinary shares in issue.\n\nThe aggregate Directors' interests in the Company now represent 19.53% of the total voting rights.\nMr Baudinette has a beneficial interest in 620,001 shares representing 1.61% of the total voting\nrights in the Company.\n\nIn accordance with FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and subsequent to the latest share\nissue, the Company advises that its total capital comprises 38,607,220 ordinary shares with a par\nvalue of 1 penny each. The voting rights of all shares are identical, with each share carrying\nthe right to one vote.
