Delivery of Ninth ATR72 Aircraft

AVATION PLC 27 November 2012 AVATION PLC ("AVATION" or the "COMPANY") DELIVERY OF NINTH ATR72 AIRCRAFT The Directors of Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company have the pleasure of announcing that the Company has taken delivery of its ninth new ATR 72 aircraft. This aircraft is the third in the ATR 72-600 type aircraft to be delivered to date. Avation has now taken delivery of seven ATR 72´s directly from the manufacturer and two additional new ATR 72 aircraft from another source, making a total fleet of nine ATR aircraft. This latest aircraft will be leased to the Australian carrier Skywest Airlines, which will operate the aircraft on behalf of Virgin Australia under the Virgin Australia brand.
