[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\nFor immediate release by RNS, AVAP:LSE\n\n18 August 2011\n\n AVATION PLC\n\n (the \"Company\")\n\n DELIVERY OF AN ADDITIONAL AIRCRAFT TO VIRGIN AUSTRALIA\n\nThe directors of the Company advise that the Company has completed the delivery of the second new ATR72-500\nfrom the factory today. This aircraft and subsequent aircraft are being leased by the Company to Australian\ncarrier Skywest Airlines, who in turn operate the aircraft on behalf of Virgin Australia, pursuant to a 10-\nyear wet-lease. The operation of the aircraft constitute a part of the Australian Regional Airline Network\nAgreement between Skywest Airlines and Virgin Australia, under which, the parties agreed that Skywest\nAirlines will operate up to 18 new aircraft on behalf of Virgin Australia. This and subsequent aircraft\ndeliveries are part of those envisaged and described in the Prospectus published by the Company on the 25th\nof March 2011.\n\nJeff Chatfield, Chairman, Avation commented:\n\n\"We are pleased to have taken delivery of the second Virgin Australia aircraft and look forward to\nprogressively rolling out the rest of the fleet.
