13 December 2011 Avation PLC (the 'Company') Correction: Results of AGM, Dividend Dates and Director Appointment A CORRECTION is being issued in regards to the Results of AGM announcement sent at 11.40 am GMT on December 12, 2011 for Avation PLC. The first issuance was sent with the incorrect dividend pay date. This should have read 06 January 2012, not 06 January 2011. The complete and corrected version follows. RESULTS OF AGM The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. DIVIDEND DETAILS The relevant dividend resolution was passed, for clarity and certainty the relevant dates are: Announcement: 12 December 2011 Ex-Dividend Date: 21st December 2011 Record Date: 23rd December 2011 PAY DATE: 6 January 2012 (Friday) RATE: 1 penny per share - Announced 31 October 2011 DIRECTORSHIP APPOINTMENT Roderick Douglas Mahoney was today appointed a director of the Company at a board meeting following the Annual General Meeting. Mr Mahoney has previously been a fleet planning consultant to the Company and a project advisor to a variety of Asia-Pacific airlines, suppliers and other aviation businesses, including Virgin Blue and V Australia. Before that, he held various positions at Airbus for 23 years, largely within sales divisions covering Europe and Africa, China and the Pacific. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering (BSc. Hons), is a Masters in Air Transport (MSc), a Master of Applied Finance (MAppFin) and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
