Formally Mr Sharples was Corporate Secretary and Head of the Legal Services at Airbus in Toulouse, France and also has experience as a director of a Toronto Listed public company. Mr Sharples is a member of the Singapore Institute of Company Directors.\n \nCommenting today, Jeff Chatfield, Executive Chairman of the Company said: \"We are pleased to announce Mr. Sharples appointment as a non-executive director of our Company. The Company conducted a wide search for a suitably qualified director with the external assistance of the Board Development Service of the Singapore Institute of Company Directors.
