(the "Corporation")\nannounced today that, further to its announcements of September 27, 2007;\nFebruary 12, 2008; February 29, 2008 and March 4, 2008, it has completed the\nacquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Avante Security Inc.\n("Avante").\n\n\nThe acquisition represents the completion of the Corporation's arm's\nlength qualifying transaction (the "Qualifying Transaction") pursuant to the\npolicies of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange"). Upon issuance by\nthe Exchange of the Final Exchange Bulletin approving the transaction, the\nCorporation will be a Tier 2 issuer whose shares will be listed for trading on\nthe Exchange with the symbol TSXV:ASY.\n\n\nAvante is a company that was incorporated under the laws of the Province\nof Ontario with its registered head office and principal place of business\nlocated in Toronto, Ontario. Avante is engaged in the business of designing,\ninstalling and monitoring complex residential and commercial security systems\nand providing alarm response, executive protection and mobile and static guard\nservices in the Greater Toronto Area.\n\n\nAvante has developed proprietary hardware and software for wireless\nsecurity, which provides monitoring for data and video, home automation and\nremote monitoring, demand/response energy management and metering\napplications. Avante's Secure 724 S-WIP is a smart interactive portal module\nthat uses proprietary hardware to convert wired information to a wireless\nformat without the need of a personal computer or server. Secure 724 transmits\ndata in multiple formats to wireless mobile devices and/or PC's.
