Avante has commenced manufacturing for shipment of an initial several hundred Avante smartboxx(TM) wireless gateway controllers to Saudi Arabia in early 2010.AGREEMENT AND INITIAL SHIPMENT------------------------------Under the terms of the agreement, Amel Advance (\"Amel\") will act as agent and as exclusive distributor for the Company's new Avante smartboxx(TM) family of technologies in Saudi Arabia.
