The appointments include Mr.\nKevin Gilbride as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Daniel Rajanayagam as Chief\nTechnical Officer, and Mr. Enzo Forgione as Business Development Manager.\n\n\nMr. Gilbride is an experienced management and accounting professional\nwith both public and private organizations in a wide range of industries\nincluding telecommunications, technology and software development, and\nprofessional services. As Chief Financial Officer, he will be responsible for\nthe overall financial management of the Company including accounting, finance,\ntreasury and planning. Speaking about his appointment Mr. Gilbride added, "I\nam delighted to be joining Avante at such an exciting and pivotal time in\nterms of its global development and look forward to contributing to Avante's\ngrowth."\n\n\nAs Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Rajanayagam will be responsible for\nformulating and implementing Avante's information technology strategy and\ndirecting and managing the Company's Technical Services Team. With more than\n20 years experience in the technology industry he brings an innovative\napproach while keeping in mind simplicity and eco-responsibility.\n\n\nMr. Forgione's career in the technology and security industry started\nover 25 years ago. Over this time he has been involved in various facets of\nthe industry including customer technical service, video technology and\nsoftware, and most recently sales and marketing, where he has achieved\ntremendous results within the past 10 years in global distribution.
