(TSXV: XX) (the\n "Corporation") is pleased to announce the appointments of Michael J.\n Martin to the Board of Directors and Michael Karampatos to the position\n of Vice President of the Smartboxx Technologies division. \n\n\nMichael J. Martin - Appointed to Board of Directors\n\n\nMichael Martin is an IBM Senior Managing Consultant.  He works in the\n Energy and Utility sector on smart meter and smart grid projects\n related to communication networks.  He is a member of IBM's Global\n Center of Competency for Energy & Utilities and is an IBM Certified\n Consultant. \n\n\nHe has worked on projects for several Ontario based utilities and was\n the lead architect for the initial conceptual design of a\n province-wide, smart meter backhaul network and continues to\n participate in this important project.  Michael has recently\n co-authored the technical component for a RFQ for smart meters for a\n consortium of electrical distribution companies in Ontario. \n\n\nHe has presented technical papers at more than 100 conferences during\n the past 35 years. Most recently he has presented on energy and utility\n topics at IESO, OPA, UTC Canada, EDA Canada, CEA, Virtual Smart Grid\n Forum, Greenlink 2010, Smart Cities, and the Cyber Security\n Conferences.  He is the co-author of the research pa...
