This research is\nbeing undertaken in partnership with the Lawrence Berkeley National\nLaboratory, UC Berkeley, California State University at Sacramento,\nCalifornia's electric utilities and other electric energy entities within the\nstate of California.\n\n\nAvante, the sole wireless-based technology participant, has been\nrecognized by the Committee for its innovative and non-intrusive approach to\nresidential and small commercial energy management.
