Under the terms of\nthe arrangement, Electro-Guardian will act as agent and as exclusive\ndistributor for the Company's new Avante smartboxx family of technologies in\nPanama. Electro-Guardian, S.A. is Panama's premier property and personal\nsecurity provider.
