[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9751A Avacta Group PLC 04 January 2018 \n\n \n \n4 January 2018\n \nAvacta Group plc\n(\"Avacta\", \"the Group\" or \"the Company\")\n \nIssue of Equity\n \n \nAvacta Group plc (AIM: AVCT), the developer of Affimer® biotherapeutics and research reagents, announces that application has been made for 5,805 new ordinary shares of 10p each (the \"New Ordinary Shares\") to be admitted to trading on AIM on 11 January 2018 (\"Admission\").\n \nThe New Ordinary Shares have been allotted pursuant to the purchase by Michael Albin, Non-Executive Director of the Company, of New Ordinary Shares in accordance with the terms set out in the Company's announcement of 23 February 2016.\n \nFollowing Admission, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue will be 68,979,142.
