[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2533O Avacta Group PLC 18 September 2013 \n \n\n \n \n\n\n\n\nPress Release \n\n\n18 September 2013\n\n\n\n\n \nAvacta Group plc\n(\"Avacta\" or the \"Group\")\nIssue of Equity and Notice of Preliminary Results\nAvacta Group plc (AIM:AVCT), a global provider of innovative diagnostic tools, consumables and reagents aimed at reducing the cost of human and animal healthcare, today announces that 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p (\"new Ordinary Shares\") have been issued by the Company pursuant to the exercise of share options by a former employee.\nApplication has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 23 September 2013.\nThe total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above issue will be 4,018,093,134 each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.\nThe above figure of 4,018,093,134 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.\nIn addition, the Group has brought forward the announcement of its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 July 2013, to 24 October 2013.
