Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The voting results of the resolutions proposed at the AGM will shortly be available on the Company's website at https://www.autins.com/.

Resignation of Non-Executive Director

The Company also announces the resignation of Andrew Burn as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective from 31 March 2024. The Company has commenced the process to identify and appoint a new Non-Executive Director.
