In addition, the Company provides a corporate update on the progress made in the six weeks since the new leadership team took over.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nJon Paul\nMr. Paul has approximately 40 years of senior financial experience with both public and private companies and has built a strong track record in leading hypergrowth in fast-paced businesses including the cannabis, consumer goods, wireless telecom and generic pharmaceutical industries. \nPrior to joining AUSA, Mr. Paul was CFO at PLUS Products, a CSE-listed hemp and cannabis edibles company operating in California and Nevada. While at PLUS, Mr. Paul oversaw the company's successful IPO and was a key member of the team responsible for its 15-fold increase in revenues.
