The Statements published cover each calendar\nquarter starting with year-end 2012 through June 30, 2014. Its most recent report reflects a decrease in\nliabilities of approximately $750,000 from the figure reflected on the\ncompilation report that was made available at our April 30, 2014 shareholders\nmeeting, which reflected liabilities of approximately $2,735,000.\n\nThe Company is making arrangements for an attorney to provide a letter\nof opinion with respect to current information, at which point we expect a\nchange in tier status to OTC Pink Current Information.\n\nManagement would like to acknowledge inquiries received\nrequesting updates or information with respect to Chilean mining claims owned or\ncontrolled by the Company. However, management deemed it vital to first correct\nthe lack of financial information publicly available..
