Cerro Dorado Publishes Disclosure, Announces Settlement of Debt

Cerro Dorado Inc., a Nevada corporation (“the Company”), announces that it has published its Third Quarter 2014 Disclosure via OTC Markets’ OTC Disclosure & News Service.

During the third quarter, management successfully negotiated a settlement against $400,000 reflected on the Company’s 6/30/14 balance sheets.

The Company also published restated 6/30/14 financial statements to correct a designation of debt as additional-paid-in-capital which has been restated in the liabilities portion of the Company’s balance sheets.
