Cerro Dorado Launches Redesigned Website and New Logo

Cerro Dorado Inc., a Nevada Corporation (“the Company”), announces today that it has launched its redesigned website and new logo. The website is the first of several steps that management is taking in order to set the Company up for future success. 

Management believes that having an up-to-date website is important and will make it easier for potential investors and shareholders when performing due diligence on the Company.

Further, as previously stated, financial statements and an up-listing on the OTC Markets is anticipated in the near future. The “Agreed Upon Procedures” review performed by Pritchett Siler & Hardy, PC has been completed and the comments and revisions have been delivered to Stayner Bates & Jensen P.C. which is now in the process of preparing statements for the periods required for the Company to be in compliance with adequate current public information. Further information will be announced as it becomes available.
