These new appointments will work together with management and board to help support the Company’s next phase of operational growth. New Board of Directors Appointments Mr. Scott Hurd is an investor and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in capital markets, private equity, and resource and infrastructure businesses. He has founded and led companies from start-up through to public markets and has been involved in raising and deploying more than $1 billion in institutional capital across strategic acquisitions and large-scale resource projects. Scott began his career in investment banking at CIBC Capital Markets and in principal investing at Macquarie Group's Metals and Energy Capital group. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary. Mr. Reagan Glazier is a mineral exploration executive with nearly 20 years of gold, copper, base metal, and rare-earth exploration experience in North and South America. Born and raised in Northern British Columbia, he brings a strong technical background and hands-on experience in grassroots and discovery-stage exploration projects. He currently sits on the boards of Freegold Ventures Ltd. (TSX:FVL), Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:PBM), Eastfield Resources Ltd. (TSXV:ETF) and is the CEO and President of Neotech Metals Corp. (CSE:NTMC).
