The\nCompany's trading ticker symbol is AURR. This follows the successful placing\nwith institutional investors (the 'Placing') which raised £75 million (before\nexpenses) for the Company.\n\n\nInvestec is the Company's nominated adviser and Investec and Altium Capital are\nthe Company's joint brokers.\n\n\n\nThe Company's directors (the 'Directors') believe that the Russian market has\nexciting growth prospects and that Aurora Russia and the Manager are well placed\nto identify and evaluate appropriate investment opportunities which fall within\nits chosen sectors. The Admission provides investors with:\n\n\n\n• The opportunity to benefit from the skills and experience of a\nmanagement team, led by John McRoberts and James Cook, who combine over 20\nyears' of experience of working with approximately 120 small and mid-sized\ncompanies in Russia\n\n\n\n• An opportunity to gain exposure to equity or equity related\ninvestments in small and mid-sized private growth companies in Russia\n\n\n\n• Exposure to Russia which has enjoyed a sustained period of economic\ngrowth with a real GDP growth rate of 7.2% in 2004 and significant growth in\ndisposable incomes\n\n\n\n• A focus on sectors in which, in the opinion of the Directors, there is\npotential for growth together with viable exit opportunities: the financial,\nbusiness and consumer services sectors\n\n\n\n• An opportunity to invest in the Russian market at a time when the\nservices sector has become an increasingly important contributor to growth\n\n\n\nCommenting on the successful Placing, Sir Trevor Chinn, Non-Executive Chairman,\nsaid:\n\n\n\n'We are delight...
