(together with its affiliates, “MKT Capital”) submitted Dr. Foster as a candidate and worked collaboratively with Aurinia to name him to the Board.\n\n\nIn connection with Dr. Foster’s appointment, MKT Capital has entered into a cooperation agreement with Aurinia.
