[{"type":"text","content":"\nBlack Springs Capital Corp. Announces Transfer to NEXVancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 24, 2014) - Black \nSprings Capital Corp. (the \"Corporation\") announced today that as a result of \nthe Corporation's inability to complete a qualifying transaction within the time \nperiod prescribed by the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"Exchange\"), the Corporation \nhas applied for a transfer to the NEX board of the Exchange (the \"NEX Transfer\") \nwhich the Exchange has accepted. The Exchange has advised that soon after the \ndissemination of this news release that the Exchange will issue a bulletin on \nthe NEX Transfer where the Corporation’s symbol will change from BSG.P to \nBSG.H.\nThe Corporation obtained the requisite shareholder approval \n(exclusive of the votes of non-arm's length parties to the Corporation) for the \nNEX Transfer at a meeting of its shareholders held on April 1, 2014. As required \nunder Exchange policy, an aggregate of 1,000,000 common shares of the \nCorporation subject to escrow and held by the Corporation's officers and \ndirectors, have been cancelled in order to complete the NEX Transfer. \nAt this time, the Corporation continues to pursue the proposed \nqualifying transaction with Temple Landmark Holdings Inc. previously announced \non March 28, 2014. Trading of the Corporation's shares is expected to remain \nsuspended until such transaction is completed.\nAbout the Corporation \nThe Corporation is designated as a Capital Pool Company by the \nExchange. The Corporation has not commenced commercial operations and has no \nassets other than cash.
