[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4739R Audioboom Group PLC 28 February 2019 \n\n28 February 2019\nAudioboom Group plc\n(\"Audioboom\" or the \"Company\")\nTotal Voting Rights and Director Interests\nFurther to the Company's announcement on 25 February 2019, Audioboom (AIM:BOOM) announces that the admission of 115,384,670 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") to trading on AIM became effective at 8.00 a.m. this morning (\"Admission\"). These Ordinary Shares were issued pursuant to a subscription to raise c. £1.5 million (\"Subscription\"). \nFollowing Admission, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company now comprises 1,288,675,619 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 1,288,675,619. \nThe above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.\nMichael Tobin, Non-Executive Chairman, and Roger Maddock, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, subscribed for 3,846,160 Ordinary Shares each in the Subscription. Following Admission, Roger Maddock now holds 26,846,160 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.08 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
