[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3184T One Delta PLC 18 November 2013 \n \n\n \n18 November 2013\n \nOne Delta plc \n (the \"Company\")\n \nSubscription to raise £80,000\n \nThe Company is pleased to announce that it has raised £80,000 (before expenses) by way of a subscription (the \"Subscription\") by existing and new investors for a total of 15,000,000 ordinary shares at 0.53333p each (the \"Subscription Shares\"). The net proceeds raised will be used to provide working capital purposes generally.\n \nThe Company will issue the Subscription Shares out of treasury.\n \nRoger Maddock, a Director of the Company, has agreed to subscribe for 1,875,000 Subscription Shares as part of the Subscription. Following the issue of the Subscription Shares his holding in the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be as follows:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNo. of Subscription Shares\n\n\nShareholding following the Subscription\n\n\nPercentage holding of enlarged issued share capital\n\n\n\n\nRoger Maddock, Executive Chairman\n\n\n1,875,000\n\n\n2,873,556\n\n\n9.10\n\n\n\n\n \n \nIn addition, Mike Henebery and Mark Horrocks, substantial shareholders of the Company, have both agreed to subscribe for 1,875,000 Subscription Shares each. \n \nDue to the fact that Roger Maddock is a Director of the Company, his participation in the Subscription constitutes a related party transaction as defined by the AIM Rules. The participation in the Subscription by Mike Henebery and Mark Horrocks is also a related party transaction as defined by the AIM Rules due to the size of their shareholdings.
