[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \nAudioboom Group plc\n(\"Audioboom\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nPosting of Annual Report and Accounts\nNotice of AGM\nInvestor Presentation\nAudioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, will today issue and post to its registered shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and a notice convening the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\"). These documents will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's website (www.audioboomplc.com).\nDetails of the AGM and Investor Presentation\nThe AGM will be held at One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 10.00am on Wednesday 24 July 2024. Whilst registered shareholders (or their proxies/corporate representatives) are entitled to attend the meeting in person, they should note that there will not be a presentation at the AGM itself. The AGM will deal with just the formal business of that meeting.\nInstead, given positive feedback received in respect of recent online presentations, Stuart Last, Chief Executive Officer, and Brad Clarke, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform, around the time of the AGM and following the release of the H1 interim financial results. Details of the date and time of the presentation will be announced at the time of the release of the interim results. The presentation will be open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
