[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n14 December 2023\nLEI: 213800U8Q9K2XI3WRE39\n\nAuction Technology Group plc\n(the \"Company\" or \"ATG\")\n \nPublication of 2023 Annual Report and Accounts and\nNotice of 2024 Annual General Meeting\n \nFollowing the release on 30 November 2023 of its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2023, the Company announces that it is today publishing its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023 (\"2023 Annual Report\") and Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\").\nCopies of the 2023 Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form are being made available to view on the Company's website at www.auctiontechnologygroup.com/investors/. \nShareholders who elected to receive shareholder information electronically are being notified that these documents are available on the Company's website. Hard copies of the documents are being posted today to shareholders who elected to receive shareholder information in hard copy.\nThe Company's 2024 AGM will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL. Shareholders are invited to attend and participate in the meeting in person or may refer to the Notice of AGM for details on how to vote on the resolutions by proxy. Shareholders will also be able to watch and listen to (but not vote at) the AGM via a live webcast and should register by emailing [email protected]. Questions regarding the business of the AGM can be submitted in advance of the AGM to [email protected] up to 2:00pm on Friday 26 January 2024.\n \nFurther information\n \nIn accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTRs 4.1.15 and 6.2.2, the 2023 Annual Report has been submitted in the required structured reporting format to the National Storage Mechanism, together with the Notice of AGM and Proxy Form. All will shortly be available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. \n \nIn accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required by DTRs 4.1 and 6.3.5 is available in full unedited text within the 2023 Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and the Company's website, as noted above. \n ...
