Hard copies of the documents are being posted today to shareholders who elected to receive shareholder information in hard copy.\n \n \n The Company's 2023 AGM will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday 26 January 2023 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL. Shareholders are invited to attend and participate in the meeting in person or may refer to the Notice of AGM for details on how to vote on the resolutions by proxy. \n The AGM will also be hosted digitally via a live webcast. Shareholders will be able to watch and listen to the AGM via the live webcast and should register by emailing\n \n \n [email protected]\n \n \n .
