He has a significant network of high net-worth Investment Advisors in Canada as well as institutional investors and investment bankers in Canada and Europe.\nThe Company has granted Mr. Peterson 400,000 options to purchase common shares, exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 2 years vesting in equal amounts on quarterly basis over 18 months.
