Alexander Nubia Discovers New Vein Zones at its Abu Marawat Project in Egypt

- Three sub-parallel gold zones discovered west of main zone from channel sampling

- Trench 7: 12 meters grading 2.22 g/t Au, 8.7 g/t Ag, 0.14% Cu and 0.04% Zn

- Trench 8: 10 meters grading 1.94 g/t Au, 13.2 g/t Ag, 0.20 % Cu and 0.08% Zn

- Trenches 1 and 2 discovered significant mineralization and extend the overall size of the tectonic regime hosting vein structures

February 7, 2012 - Toronto, Ontario. Alexander Nubia International Inc. (TSX-V: AAN), an exploration and development company with diversified minerals projects in Egypt, is pleased to announce results from the current surface sampling program at its Abu Marawat gold-copper-zinc-silver property.

"We are extremely pleased by the results of our channel sampling program which confirms a large tectonically disturbed and mineralized zone extending well beyond the western and eastern known limits of the Abu Marawat deposit", said Alexander Massoud, President and CEO of Alexander Nubia Inc.  "Channel sampling completed in October, 2011, confirmed a strong correlation between values in surface samples of veins and those in drill cores. This correlation is an excellent indicator that these new zones have the potential to contain mineralized veins of economic interest and offers additional evidence that the mineralized vein structures have a deep-seated origin."

1 channel samples were taken contiguously at 1- to 2-metre intervals except in trench 2 where 1 or 2 meter contiguous sampling was employed along the trench walls.
2 Samples in Trench 7 are located within and along the strike of a known and extensive fault zone
3 Samples in Trench 8 were taken across the width of a minor fault zone
4 no significant mineralization in trench 5

All samples are sent to ALS Minerals in Romania for Au (fire assaying), Ag, Cu, and Zn by Atomic Absorption; ALS Minerals then sends a small cut (about 10 g) to ALS (Chemex) in Vancouver for 33 element ICP analysis.  This is our standard procedure for all surface samples.
