(OTC\nPink: ATYG), is the holding company for Racing Limos America, Inc., an emerging\nadvertising and marketing company with franchise operated locations,\nspecializing in multi-media marketing partnerships, announced today that the\nCompany has solidified its plan for a global expansion of its brand and franchise\noperations. This expansion will include the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and very\nlikely, the Middle East Region. The combination of the new business model and\ncreation of international subsidiary companies is expected to bring $25 million\nin revenue over the course of the next 4-6 quarters. \n\nNew corporate subsidiaries are being set up in\nCanada (Racing Limos Canada™) and\nthe UK (Racing Limos UK™), which\nwill be wholly owned under Atlas Technology. A third corporate subsidiary for\nthe Middle East is also being planned.
