TORONTO, June 19 /CNW Telbec/ - Roxmark Mines Limited (TSXV - RMK) today announced that David Malouf was not re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Company and has relinquished his position as Vice-Chairman, Business Development of the Company to pursue other opportunities.
