UPON THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, THIS INSIDE INFORMATION (AS DEFINED IN UK MAR) IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.\n5 December 2024\n\nMetalNRG plc\n (the \"Company\" or \"MetalNRG\")\nResult of General Meeting and change of ISIN\nAt the general meeting of the shareholders of the Company held at 10.00 a.m. on 5 December 2024 (the \"General Meeting\"), all of the resolutions were duly passed.\nThe results of the proxy voting will be available shortly on the Company's website, www.metalnrg.com.\nShare Consolidation\nAt the General Meeting, inter alia, a resolution was passed which approved the consolidation of the existing ordinary shares of nominal value 0.01p each (\"Existing Ordinary Shares\") on a 100 into 1 basis, such that every 100 Existing Ordinary Shares are consolidated into 1 new ordinary share of nominal value 1p (\"New Ordinary Shares\") (the \"Share Consolidation\").\nAdmission in respect of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective and dealings in New Ordinary Shares will commence on 6 December 2024.
