[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1083J MetalNRG PLC 15 August 2019 \n\n15 August 2019\n \nMetalNRG plc\n \n(\"MetalNRG\" or the \"Company\")\n \nIssue of Equity and Director's Shareholding\n \nMetalNRG (LON:MNRG), the natural resource investing company, today announces that, pursuant to the terms of a service agreement entered into between the Company and Rolf Gerritsen, MetalNRG's CEO, the Company has issued and allotted a bonus award of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each (the \"New Shares\") to Rolf Gerritsen at a price of 0.3p per share being the average mid-market price in the 5 business days prior to 7 August 2019. \n \nFollowing the issue of the New Shares, Rolf Gerritsen's shareholding is as follows:\n\n\n\nDirector\n\n\nOrdinary Shares prior to the issue of New Shares \n\n\n% of ISC\n\n\nNew \nShares issued \n\n\nOrdinary Shares post issue of New Shares \n\n\n% of ISC\n\n\n\n\nRolf Gerritsen\n\n\n6,650,000\n\n\n2.23%\n\n\n2,500,000\n \n\n\n9,150,000\n\n\n3.05%\n\n\n\n \nIssue of Equity \n \nThe New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on or around 20 August 2019.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\nFor the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (\"DTRs\"), following the issue of the New Shares referred to above, the issued ordinary share capital of MetalNRG will consist of 300,202,306 ordinary shares with voting rights attached (one vote per share). There are no shares held in treasury.
