The Warrants are exercisable at a price of\n \n $0.60\n \n per share for a term originally set to expire two years from the date of issuance. 4,748,750 of the Warrants were set to expire on\n \n October 31, 2020\n \n , and 416,250 of the Warrants were set to expire on\n \n December 3, 2020\n \n . The Company is proposing to extend the expiry dates for the these Warrants by one (1) year, with the new expiry dates for the Warrants proposed as follows:\n \n \n \n The 4,748,750 Warrants originally set to expire on\n \n October 31, 2020\n \n will have their exercise period extended to\n \n October 31, 2021\n \n .\n \n \n The 416,250 Warrants originally set to expire on\n \n December 3, 2020\n \n will have their exercise period extended to\n \n December 3, 2021\n \n .\n \n \n \n All other terms and conditions of the Warrants will remain unchanged.
