(TSX.V: ARK) ("Aranka")\nannounces effective immediately the appointment of Carmelo Marrelli CA of\nMarrelli and Drake Corporate Services as the new Chief Financial Officer.\n\n\nMr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of\nToronto and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified General\nAccountant. Mr. Marrelli is currently a partner with Marrelli & Drake\nCorporate Services, a corporate services firm (2004 to present) and was\npreviously an accountant with Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services (2000 to\n2004). Mr. Marrelli also serves as Chief Financial Officer of several other\npublic junior mining companies. The board of directors of Aranka is pleased to\nwelcome Mr. Marrelli to the management team at the company.\n\n\nFormer CFO Edward J. Badida has expressed his desire to concentrate on\nhis private practice.
