(OTC: AWSL) is pleased to announce the launch of Sustainable Living.\n\nAtlantic will work with large land owners and real estate developers  to develop communities and resorts that are designed, at their core, to deliver self-sustainable and highly efficient homes and resorts of the highest quality, with the added benefit of requiring minimal maintenance.\n\nThe Sustainable Living initiative will utilize highly engineered construction principals and technologies to deliver the most cost effective on,  and off,  grid communities and resorts.\n\nAt the core of the power generation,  Atlantic will utilize solar PV while augmenting the production with solar thermal heating for hot water and pool heaters.   Additional heating and cooling will, in many cases, be provided using geo-thermal radiant heating and cooling.\n\nTo ensure ample energy production and conservation, an emphasis on optimally efficient homes and resorts will be made from the start of the foundation.  By utilizing a new ICF concrete form construction, we can ensure far greater insulating properties that maintain radiant temperatures for hours and days longer than traditional building materials.  Air quality and water collection and treatment systems will all be standard features of our developments.\n\nManagement is currently in discussions to partner on a co-development of communities and resorts in The Bahamas and Canada for its initial sustainable living resort communities.\n\nCommenting on the launch Atlantic Wind & Solar President John WIlkes stated  \"Given todays prominent concerns with the economy, environment and geo-political uncertainty, many families and individuals are seeking sustainable living environments that offer secure sources of electricity and water of consistent quality and cost.   Our Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) experience is uniquely tailored to renewable energy as well as residential and c...
