David will replace Chris Gale who, as previously announced, has decided to step down to pursue other business interests. David is due to join the Company on 17 November 2014.\n \nDavid Gibbon has over 25 years' experience in senior finance, operational and strategic roles, primarily within companies in the technology sector. He joins Allocate from Omnico Group, a provider of omni-channel hardware, software and services to the retail, entertainment, hospitality and leisure sectors, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Omnico was formed through the merger of Clarity Commerce Solutions plc, an AIM-quoted POS software company and Digipos, a POS hardware company. Prior to joining Omnico Group, David was CFO at Kewill plc. \n \nCommenting on the announcement, Terry Osborne, Chairman of Allocate, said: \"On behalf of the Board, I would like to welcome David as our new Chief Financial Officer. He brings significant industry experience having worked with successful technology companies and he has strong international experience.
