[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n 31 March 2023\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Corporate Update\n \n \n \n \n Issue of Options\n \n \n \n \n Aligning the Board with Growing Shareholder Value\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Board of\n Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, OTCQX: ALLIF, \"Atlantic Lithium\" or the \"Company\"), the funded African-focussed lithium exploration and development company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine\n ,\n is pleased to advise the allotment and issue of unlisted options to Directors following approval by shareholders.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following a review of the appropriateness of its remuneration and incentive arrangements for members of its current executive team and senior independent non-executive director, the options listed below were approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 March 2023.
