Manpower Software PLC 29 October 2001 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ('the Company') NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST The Company has today been notified that Herald Investment Trust plc ('HIT') has acquired 250,000 5p ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.05 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. HIT now has a total interest in 1,103,125 5p ordinary shares of the Company, representing 4.61 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
