[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4172V IronRidge Resources Limited 09 April 2019 \n\n9 April 2019\n \nIronRidge Resources Limited\n(AIM: IRR)\nBoard Change\n \nThe Board of IronRidge Resources Limited (\"IronRidge\" or the \"Company\") today announces the retirement and replacement of Mr Bastiaan Van Aswegen with the appointment of Mr Kieran Daly as Non-Executive Director to the Board of the Company with immediate effect. \n \nKieran formally joins the Board as part of the Company's strategic alliance with mining company Assore Limited (\"Assore\"), which has a 31.27% shareholding in IronRidge. Kieran brings to IronRidge extensive resources industry experience in strategy, corporate development marketing and operations, all of which will be essential for developing the Company's assets. \n \nKieran who is the Executive for Growth & Strategic Development at Assore holds a BSc Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines (1991) and an MBA from Wits Business School (2001) and worked in investment banking/equity research for more than 10 years at UBS Group AG, Macquarie Group Limited and Investec Limited prior to joining Assore in 2018.\n \nKieran spent the first 15 years of his mining career at Anglo American plc's Coal Division (\"Anglo Coal\") in a number of international roles including operations, sales & marketing, strategy and business development. His key roles included leading and developing Anglo Coal's marketing efforts in Asia, and to steel industry customers globally, as well as being Global Head of Strategy for Anglo Coal immediately prior to leaving Anglo in 2007.\n \nCommenting, CEO Vincent Mascolo said: \n \n\"We are delighted to welcome Kieran Daly to IronRidge's Board.
