[{"type":"text","content":"\n Manpower Software PLC\n17 January 2007\n\n\n\n MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC\n (\"Manpower Software\" or the \"Company\")\n\n\n\n Board change\n\n\n Appointment of Mr Richard Morgan-Evans as Non-Executive Director\n\n\n\nThe Company announces today that Mr Richard Morgan-Evans now becomes a\nnon-executive Director of the Company.\n\n\n\nMr Morgan-Evans has been an Executive Director of the Company since June 2004\nand was appointed Group Managing Director in September 2004. In January 2006,\nRichard sustained a serious injury from which he has since recovered. However,\nin accordance with medical advice received, Richard has decided reluctantly it\nis no longer appropriate for him to return to work full time. Accordingly, he\nhas resigned his position as Group Managing Director, though he will remain a\nvaluable member of the Board in his role as non-executive Director.\n\n\n\nMr Terry Osborne, Chairman, commented: \"We are delighted that Richard has\nrecovered from his injury and will remain on the Board. Richard has huge\nexperience in international sales, partner development and implementation\nservices, gained at senior level within enterprise software companies. We look\nforward to his continuing contribution to the strategic development of the Group\nas we move forward through the next stage of our growth.
