Production for the quarter totaled 2.23 million pounds of copper and 1,553 ounces of gold in concentrates, a decrease of 33% for copper and 28% for gold, respectively, over the same period in 2024.\n \n\n “The El Roble mine performed below schedule this quarter as the transition to the new areas was delayed by unexpected challenging rock quality conditions. Tonnage and particularly head grade were impacted as access to higher grade stopes was slowed down.” said Fernando E. Ganoza, CEO. “We expect to see progressive improvements in the second and third quarter this year to recover the planned development and preparation rate, which will allow us to make up for most of the lost production.”\n \n\n\n\n First Quarter Operational Highlights\n \n\n\n\n\n Production of 2.23 million pounds of copper contained in concentrates; a decrease of 33% over Q1 2024.\n \n\n Production of 1,553 ounces of gold contained in concentrates; a decrease of 28% over Q1 2024.\n \n\n Average processed tonnes per day of 773, a decrease of 16% over Q1 2024.\n \n\n Copper head grade of 1.97%, a decrease of 22% over Q1 2024.\n \n\n Gold head grade of 1.40 grams per tonne; a decrease of 15% over Q1 2024.\n \n\n Copper and gold recovery of 93.6% and 62.7%; an increase of 2% for copper and no significant change for gold, over Q1 2024.\n \n\n\n\n\n First Quarter Operational Details\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Q1 2025\n \n Total\n \n\n\n\n Q1 2024\n \n Total\n \n\n\n\n %\n \n Change\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Production\n \n (Contained in Concentrates)\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Copper (000s pounds)\n \n\n 2,230\n \n\n 3,338\n \n\n -33%\n \n\n\n\n Gold (ounces)\n \n\n 1,553\n \n\n 2,156\n \n\n -28%\n \n\n\n\n\n Mine\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Tonnes of ore mined\n \n\n 56,467\n \n\n 64,873\n \n\n -13%\n \n\n\n\n\n Mill\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Tonnes processed\n \n\n 54,978\n \n\n 65,787\n \n\n -16%\n \n\n\n\n Tonnes processed per day\n \n\n 773\n \n\n 811\n \n\n -5%\n \n\n\n\n Copper grade (%)\n \n\n 1.97\n...
