The Company, formerly known as GamePlan, Inc., announced last month that it had submitted paperwork to change its name to Athena Bitcoin Global and to have its trading symbol changed to reflect the name change. Today, The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has posted to its website that the name and ticker symbol change will become effective for trading on June 9, 2021.Eric Gravengaard, the Company’s CEO, said, “this name change is just one step along our journey of aligning the trading of our shares with the mission of our core business.
