Under the terms of the engagement agreement, Cascada has retained the services of Mars for a period of 12 months. In consideration of the services to be provided, monthly fees of $12,000 will be incurred and 300,000 Cascada options have been issued to Mars. Each option entitles Mars to acquire one Cascada common share at an exercise price of $0.15 until 30 days after the termination of the Mars agreement. Cascada also reports that it has granted 3,625,000 stock options with 2,000,000 granted to Cascada directors and officers and 1,625,000 granted to consultants. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one Cascada common share at an exercise price of $0.15 until March 31, 2024. About Cascada Silver Corp.
