(\"\n \n ATAC\n \n \") (TSXV: ATC) (OTCQB: ATADF) is pleased to announce that on\n \n May 17, 2023\n \n , the Supreme Court of\n \n British Columbia\n \n granted an interim order (the \"\n \n Interim Order\n \n \") in connection with the proposed acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of ATAC (the \"\n \n ATAC Shares\n \n \") by Hecla Mining Company (\"\n \n \n Hecla\n \n \n \") (NYSE:HL) by way of a plan of arrangement (the \"\n \n Arrangement\n \n \"). For further information on the Arrangement and the definitive arrangement agreement (the \"\n \n Arrangement Agreement\n \n \") please refer to ATAC's news release dated\n \n April 6, 2023\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Interim Order, among other things, authorizes ATAC to call and hold a special meeting (the \"\n \n Meeting\n \n \") of the holders of: (i) the ATAC Shares (the \"\n \n Shareholders\n \n \"); (ii) ATAC stock options (the \"\n \n Optionholders\n \n \"); and (iii) ATAC warrants (the \"\n \n Warrantholders\n \n \", together with the Shareholders and the Optionholders, the \"\n \n Securityholders\n \n \") to approve the Arrangement under the\n \n Business Corporations Act\n \n (\n \n British Columbia\n \n ).
