[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1069W Atalaya Mining PLC 22 April 2016 \n\n22 April 2016\nAtalaya Mining plc \n(\"Atalaya\" or the \"Company\")\nTemporary Suspension of usage of Tailings Facility\nThe Company has received an official communication from the Junta de Andalucía, (the \"Junta\"), for the provisional stoppage of the deposition of tailings and has requested some additional information from the Company. All pertinent reports have been provided to the Junta and the Company believes that it will result in the prompt lifting of the provisional suspension in the next few days. \nThe Rio Tinto Copper Project is using some of the best worldwide experts and independent surveyors for the design, operation and supervision of the tailings facilities and the Company is fully confident that it is adhering to best available industry practices.
