The report has been compiled in accordance with the guidelines set out in Canadian National Instrument 43-101 (\"NI 43-101\"). Findings of the report were released on 9 July 2018.\n \nThe lead author of the technical report is Alan C. Noble P.E., who is a \"Qualified Person\" within the meaning of NI 43-101 and the AIM rules for Companies, and is independent of Atalaya.\n \nThe report has been filed under the Company's profile on SEDAR, at www.sedar.com, and on the Company's website at www.atalayamining.com.\n \nAbout Atalaya Mining Plc\nAtalaya is an AIM and TSX listed mining and development group which produces copper concentrates and silver by-product at its wholly owned Proyecto Riotinto site in southwest Spain. In addition, the Group has a phased, earn-in agreement for up to 80% ownership of Proyecto Touro, a brownfield copper project in the northwest of Spain which is currently in the permitting stage.
