As previously\nreported, the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares are\nbeing consolidated on the basis of one (1) new common share for every\neight (8) currently held common shares (the “Consolidation”).\n \n \n Following the completion of the Consolidation,\nthe Company will have approximately 10,437,901 common shares issued\nand outstanding.\n \n \n \n \n Astron's name and trading symbol will remain unchanged.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Letters of transmittal describing the process by which\nregistered shareholders are to exchange their pre-consolidation share\ncertificate for a post-consolidation share certificate will be mailed\nto Astron's registered shareholders.
